Personal contract hire (PCH) is a relatively new concept and is applicable for individuals who choose to opt out of a company car scheme in favour of a company car allowance - Subject to status. The concept of personal contract hire is the same as contract hire. The contract is normally three or four years with three monthly rentals at the start of the contract. The monthly rental is determined by the annual mileage. You normally have a maintenance package included and you can have any make or model on a Personal Contract Hire. A Personal Contract Hire agreement payment is the same price as a Contract Hire agreement but is plus VAT. At the end of the Personal Contract Hire agreement you simply return the vehicle. |
