Personal Contract Hire Length

A personal contract hire lease price is based on the cost of the vehicle, the resale value of the car, the length of the lease period and the annual mileage.

Usually a three year personal contract hire agreement is most economical, although one year, two year and four year leases are available. Three monthly rentals are required on or before the contract start and then you pay every month for the balance of the contract. If you want to reduce the monthly rental you can pay more than three rentals at the start of the contract.

If you exceed the mileage allowance there will be a penalty, based on a pence per mile.

Personal contract hire allows you to change your car on a regular basis without the usual burdens of ownership.
